Hello, my name is Sherry. I play guitar and bass. I sing most of the lead vocals in our group and some harmony. I am a singer, songwriter at heart. I write most of the songs for our group.  I've been singing for about 9 years and I've been playing bluegrass music for 17 years and I love it! I started out on bass and eventually learned guitar. I grew up in Spotsylvania, Va.  I've been married to Poncho for 18 years this November '11 and we have two children, T.J. and Samantha Honaker. I'm just a down home country girl. I love God, I sing and play in our church. I work a part time job. I play and write music all the time.  I take care of my home and family.  I truly do not deserve the blessings and music God has so graciously given me. Thanks. Sherry

Hi, my name is Poncho. I 'love' bluegrass, specially gospel. I can play all the instruments, but I play Mandolin in our group. I love all the people in bluegrass, fans, artists. I think they are the best people in the world. I would play it all day long if I could. I've been playing bluegrass music all my life.  My mother taught me to play the guitar at the age of 7. My uncle Homer taught me alot too. I moved to Va. from West Va. when I was 9,  lived in Stafford, Va. and I now reside in Spotsylvania, Va.
I am very thankful to God for my wife Sherry, my son T.J., for Bucky and Christy for allowing me this opportunity to play bluegrass music.

Everyone LOVES Thomas James.   He is 13 years old.  We noticed his interest in music at a very early age. He learned guitar at the age of 3. Then about the age of 6 I guess, he learned the drums without anyone teaching him. He sat on the front row in church and watched Christy play for about 3 months and just started playing from watching her.  Also at the age of 6, he won 1st place as Jr. Entertainer of the year at VFMA in Chesterfield, Va. and won 2nd place as Jr. Entertainer of the year '08.  He plays drums now for the congregational music at our church. He plays banjo for our group. He also plays mandolin and fiddle. He's really come a long way.  He sure has a God-given natural talent for music. Outside of music, he likes dirtbikes and four-wheelers. He loves God. He's tenderhearted, smart, respectful and caring and we know he will succeed at whatever he decides to do in life. He wants to get a college degree in music. Look out bluegrass world! You may not be ready for T.J.  He has an ear like no other and progresses in bluegrass music every day. He always has an instrument in his hand.  He learns by watching and listening. All he has to do is hear and/or see it once, then he can play it !!  We are very proud of him.

New to our group, Bucky Beauchamp, who comes to us from Callao,Va. He's been playing upright bass for about 20 years and is an awesome musician and a great singer. Very talented! We cannot wait for you all to hear him.

T.J. Honaker

Good Morning.. Just a note to say that I enjoyed your web page and the picture of T.J. with his Brandt banjo. I am honored that such a talented young man would choose one of my banjos on which to share his talents with the world of Bluegrass.

Christy Cahill comes to us from Orange County, Va. She is one of our dearest friends for many years and we just love her! She keeps us smiling. She plays guitar and is working on mandolin in our group. She knows alot about harmony and sings beautiful harmony with Sherry. She has a husband and two children. Christy grew up playing contemporary music and has written some songs, but she has come along way in bluegrass music with us and she adds just the right touch and style that makes our band truly original.
